How do these credits work?
You only have to pay 1 credit for each PressDoc you publish. No monthly fees, no setup fees and no additional costs.
Do I have to pay a setup fee?
No, there are no setup fees of any kind. You can sign up for free.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, PressDoc is a pay-as-you-go service, so you only pay for what you use.
Do my credits expire?
No, you can use them anytime you want. We don't provide refunds on credits, but if you would like to transfer them to another account please contact us.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express), PayPal and iDeal (only for Dutch customers).
Can I pay via invoice?
Yes, as long as you purchase 50 credits or more.
